General Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Full refund, less $30 handling fee upon 30 days notice, or 60 days notice if your reservation occurs on a major holiday. If cancellation occurs within 30 day of your reservation date, or 60 days notice in the event of a major holiday (including major holidays in your destination country), all deposits are non-refundable. If you are concerned about potential health issues, or illnesses in your family, or wish to cover other contingencies, including bad weather, please purchase Travel Insurance.
Our cancellation policy may vary by property as in some cases we act as the property owner's agent. So, before accepting your reservations's contract please thoroughly check for specific refund policies contained therein. After you make a booking you will be asked to register and reservation's contract and more specific information will then be made available.
We do not refund for acts of God, inclement weather, hurricanes, earthquakes, illness, or other circumstances occurring beyond our control within the 30 days of your reservation. We strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment!
